Is Hyatt Dining Club linked to World Of Hyatt?

No. The two programs are completely independent of each other. A Member cannot club discounts/redemptions from both programs on the same transaction. However, the Hyatt Dining Club Member can accumulate World Of Hyatt points on the actual spend after Hyatt Dining Club discounts are applied to the bill. To join World of Hyatt, click here

How do I become a Hyatt Dining Club Member?

What is the validity of the Membership?

The Membership and benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Is the Membership price inclusive of taxes?

Yes, the Membership prices listed are inclusive of 18% GST.

Can I start using my Membership benefits immediately?

Yes, you can start enjoying the benefits within two hours, once the enrolment and payment process are completed between 9.30 am and 10:00 pm. Post 10:00 pm, the benefits will be applicable by 10:00 am the next day.

How / when can I use my discounts and vouchers?

Members can start using their benefits after they have downloaded the Hyatt Dining Club App and activated their Membership account. All discounts and vouchers are redeemed instantly via the App. Member needs to inform the hotel team at the time of arrival that they would like to use a Hyatt Dining Club discount or voucher. Discounts and vouchers are not applicable once a bill is generated.

Can I redeem my dining, beverage, accommodation or spa discount or voucher on the Hyatt Dining Club website?

No, you cannot redeem any benefits and vouchers on the website. Redemption can be availed only via the Hyatt Dining Club Membership App.

How do I redeem my dining, beverage, accommodation and spa discount or voucher?

In the Membership App on ‘My Membership’ screen, you can view all your 'Exclusive Discounts', click on the 'Discount' you would like to avail. On the selected Discount screen, read and agree to the terms and conditions of use and click on the ‘Redeem’ button. On the Redemption screen, enter your PIN, scan the hotel / outlet PIN and click on the 'Redeem' button. Once the benefit has been redeemed please share the ‘Redemption ID’ with the hotel team member.

For redeeming Vouchers, click on 'Vouchers' tab and follow the same steps as above.

Are all Hyatt hotels participating in the Hyatt Dining Club Programme?

Except Alila Diwa Goa and Alila Fort Bishangarh, all other hotels are participating in the Hyatt Dining Club programme.

I have purchased the Membership via the website but haven’t received any confirmation?
